Registration
Early Bird Registration: To take advantage of the early bird registration rate, your registration must be completed by 11:59pm on Friday, February 28, 2025.
Regular Registration: Beginning Saturday, March 1, 2025 the price will automatically adjust to the regular rate.
Onsite Registration: Accepted payments onsite include cash, check, or credit card.
- Tuesday 4/8: 8:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday 4/9: 8:30am-3:30pm
- Thursday 4/10: 8:30am-12:30pm

Registration Types
MRPA Member: This registration type is for participants who have an active MRPA membership. This includes individuals and commercial partners. Please be sure to log into your account to receive the member rate.
Non-Member: This registration type is for participants who DO NOT have an active MRPA membership. NRPA membership is not applicable.
Student: This registration type is for participants who are attending college full-time or part-time. You must be actively pursuing a degree/career position in the recreation and parks industry.
First-Timer: This registration type is for participants attending the MRPA Annual Conference for the first time. You must be an active MRPA member and employed in a career position in the recreation and parks industry in Maryland, Washington D.C., and surrounding states.
Daily: This registration type is for participants who plan to attend one day only. You may purchase a ticket for Wednesday or Thursday.
Banquet/Awards: This registration type is for individuals who want to attend the Banquet/Awards ONLY and do not have a daily registration or full registration package! This can include family members, friends, and colleagues who want to support award nominees or just want to attend this special event. Tickets are required for children too.
Registration Payment
During the registration process, you have two payment methods:
- "Credit Card": pay by credit/debit card once you checkout.
- "Other Payment Method": If you select "other payment method" you will receive an invoice to pay later. Please be sure to pay in full by Friday, March 21, 2025. If payment is not received by March 21st, your reservation will be cancelled. Email info@mdrpa.org if you have any questions. You may also call 301-352-7203 to pay by phone.
