Zen Den: Your Space to Relax & Recharge

Step away. Breathe deep. Recharge.

We know the MRPA conference can be exciting, energizing, and sometimes a little overwhelming! That’s why we created the Zen Den last year - a space where you can slow down, breathe, and take care of yourself. Whether you stop by for a few moments or stay for an extended break, we invite you to make this space your own. Enjoy, relax, and most importantly, take the time you need!

Location: Sailwinds Room

Open Hours:

  • Tuesday: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 11:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am - 2:30pm

 

Exploring the Zen Den:

Cozy Zones

Find your perfect relaxation spot! Lounge in bean bag chairs, recline in zero-gravity chairs, or stretch out on yoga mats and rugs. If you prefer a more private escape, settle into a personal mini-tent— your own quiet sanctuary.

The Vibe

Feel your stress melt away in a tranquil oasis featuring:

  • Soothing waterfall features
  • Soft fairy lights & flowing tapestries
  • Serene sounds & calming aromatherapy
  • Guided meditations to help you reset

Mindful Moments

Take a break in our quiet activity nook, designed to engage your senses and encourage relaxation. Choose from:

  • Adult coloring books & murals for creative relaxation
  • Fidget & sensory items to calm the mind
  • Zen gardens for mindful focus
  • A quiet reading space to escape into a good book

 

Whether you have five minutes or an hour, the Zen Den is your personal retreat within the conference. Come in, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed!
