Individual Registration: $30 per attendee (Once an individual registration has been processed, it cannot be added to a new or existing group registration.
Group Registration Packages
Register your team and save! Group registration packages can be combined to accommodate larger groups.
- 5-Person Group Registration – 2% off the total 5-person registration
- 10-Person Group Registration – 5% off the total 10-person registration
- 20-Person Group Registration – 10% off the total 20-person registration
Need to register more than 20 attendees? Simply combine group registration packages. For example:
- 15 attendees = One 10-Person Group Registration + One 5-Person Group Registration
- 25 attendees = One 20-Person Group Registration + One 5-Person Group Registration
- 30 attendees = Three 10-Person Group Registrations or One 20-Person Group Registration + One 10-Person Group Registration
Group Registration Instructions
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide a unique Group Name for your registration. This name will be used to identify your group at the registration desk.
Your Group Name should include your agency/organization and the name of the person managing the registration to help distinguish it from other groups.
Examples:
- Baltimore County Parks – Jane Smith
- City of Frederick – John Doe
- Anne Arundel Recreation – Sarah Johnson
Please also enter the full name of the person coordinating and managing this group registration. This individual will serve as the primary contact for the group and should be present (or able to identify the group) at check-in.
Please Note: You do not need to enter the names of each attendee at the time of registration. Simply purchase the appropriate group registration package(s), and your attendees can check in under the designated Group Name on the day of the event.

Get ready for the 7th Annual MRPA Maintenance Equipment and Materials Showcase, the premier event for maintenance and park professionals in the state of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and surrounding states! This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your cutting-edge maintenance equipment, materials, and services to over 500+ recreation and park professionals.

Setup & Breakdown
All trailered equipment must be set up on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Park Police have been notified to monitor the site and the grounds will be locked overnight.
If you are traveling from out-of-region and can not set up on Thursday, please contact George Moxley.
- Thursday Set-Up: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Thursday, September 17th)
- Friday Set-Up – 5:00 AM-7:00 AM
- Friday Event – 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday Breakdown – 2:00 PM-4:00 PM
Giveaways and Raffle Prizes
Vendors are encouraged to bring promotional materials to distribute to attendees
- Pens, Koozies, notepads, etc.
Vendors are also invited to donate items to be given away as raffle and contest prizes
- Past prize donations: YETI coolers, Stihl chainsaw, Stihl string trimmer, gift baskets, etc.
Please let us know on the registration form if you intend to donate any prizes
- If a last-minute decision is made to donate something, we will be able to accommodate a way to raffle it off; we are only asking for advance notice to assist with planning.

Deluxe Booth – $600
- 30' frontage × 15–20' depth
- Includes 5 exhibitor registrations
Premier Booth – $1,200
- 60' frontage × 15–20' depth
- Includes 8 exhibitor registrations
Each booth registration includes:
- Lunch for all included booth attendees
- Company listing on the event webpage
- Post-event email list of all registered attendees

Booth Sharing Policy!
Exhibitors are welcome to share a booth space with another company or organization. However, one exhibitor must register as the primary booth holder and submit full payment for the booth.
Any cost-sharing or payment arrangements between companies are the responsibility of the participating exhibitors. MRPA will not split booth fees, process partial payments, or invoice multiple companies for a shared booth.
