Join the team that makes the 2026 MRPA Conference unforgettable!  The Conference Exhibit Hall Committee is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to support both planning and on-site operations.

Exhibit Hall Volunteers

Virtual planning meetings:

• Occur approximately once a month from now through the conference dates (April 21–23, 2026).

On-site volunteer needs:

• Monday, April 20 — Exhibitor Load-In
   2:00–7:00 PM

• Tuesday, April 21 — Day 2 Exhibitor Load-In
   9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Exhibit Hall Events & Support:
Volunteers are also needed to assist with the exciting “Poker Run” during the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening:

• Tuesday, April 21 —  7:30–9:00 PM

• Wednesday & Thursday — Throughout all exhibit hall and outdoor equipment showcase hours

Social Committee Volunteers

The Conference Social Committee is also recruiting creative, high-energy volunteers to help plan and manage the conference socials.

Virtual planning meetings:

• Held regularly from now until April 2026.

On-site responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, decorating, event operations, and cleanup

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings
   7:30 PM–1:00 AM
