Exhibitor Discounts
- Combined Registration Discount: Exhibitors who register for both indoor and outdoor events receive 10% off. Must register for both booths in the same transaction.
- Ops360 Exhibitor Discount: Exhibitors who participated in the MRPA Ops360 (Sept. 2026) will receive $200 off conference exhibitor registration.
Indoor Exhibit Hall
Indoor Exhibit Hall Area:
- The exhibit hall and your exhibit space will not include pipe & drape.
- If staying at the Hyatt, access to premium Wi-Fi can be added to your room for an additional fee.
- You may use your own table covers to customize your space.
- A Standard indoor booth includes two full registrations to conference.
- A Signature indoor booth includes four full registrations to conference.
- MRPA reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit hall spaces to meet the needs of all exhibitors/partners.
- All 2027 MRPA commercial members will receive an email with your member promo code to enter at checkout. Email info@mdrpa.org for help with your account.
- FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION! SHARING A BOOTH IS PROHIBITED!Â

- Standard 8' x 10'
- Signature 8' x 20'
Outdoor Equipment Village
Please Note:
- You may bring a 10' x 20' tent or smaller for your display.
- This is a rain-or-shine event.
- You may use your own table covers to customize your space.
- Registration includes two conference admission tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased if needed.
- MRPA reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit spaces to meet the needs of all exhibitors/partners.

3-7 pm Exhibitor load-in time (all exhibitors are welcome, but primarily offered for golfers)

Tuesday, April 6th
9 am-3 pm Exhibitor load-in time
7 pm Indoor Exhibitors at their booth
7:30-9 pm Grand Opening of the Indoor Exhibit Hall and Poker Run
