The MRPA Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a dynamic network designed to foster growth, collaboration, and connection among Maryland’s parks and recreation professionals.
The PLC provides members with opportunities to share ideas, discuss challenges, and exchange best practices in an open and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned professional, the PLC helps you expand your knowledge, strengthen your skills, and stay connected to industry trends.
Through virtual and in-person discussions, resource sharing, and peer-to-peer learning, the MRPA PLC encourages continuous professional development while building meaningful relationships across the state.
