Indoor Exhibit Hall
Please Note:
- The exhibit hall and your exhibit space will not include pipe & drape.
- Electricity can be provided, for an additional fee, if requested on your registration.
- If staying at the Hyatt, access to premium wifi can be added to your room for an additional fee.
- You may use your own table covers to customize your space.
- A standard indoor booth includes two admission tickets to the conference. Additional tickets can be purchased if needed.
- MRPA reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit hall spaces to meet the needs of all exhibitors/partners.
- All 2025-2026 MRPA commercial member will recieve an email with your member promo code to enter at checkout. Email info@mdrpa.org for help with your account.
- FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION! SHARING A BOOTH IS PROHIBITED!Â

- Standard 8' x 10'
- Signature 8' x 20'

- 9:00 pm-12:00 am Social
Wednesday, April 22nd
- 7:30 am - 9:00 am Breakfast
- 8:30 am - 3:00 pm Indoor Exhibit Hall open
- 12:10 pm - 1:15 pm Exhibitor lunch (seating in Choptank)
- 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Indoor Exhibit Hall break down
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Outdoor Equipment Village Load in
- 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Exhibit Hall Happy Hour in hotel bar
- 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm Donald Long Memorial Duck Race (Indoor Pool)
- 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Outdoor Village Grand Opening
- 9:00 pm - 12:00 am Social with Equipment Village open
Thursday, April 23rd
- 7:30 am - 9:00 am Breakfast
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Equipment Village open
- Outdoor Equipment Show Speed sessions – 30 minutes
- Space available for exhibitor one-on-one appointments for exhibitors and conference attendees.
- 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Banquet
- 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm Social
