Indoor Exhibit Hall
Please Note:
- The exhibit hall and your exhibit space will not include pipe & drape.
- Electricity can be provided, for an additional fee, if requested on your registration.
- If staying at the Hyatt, access to premium wifi can be added to your room for an additional fee.
- You may use your own table covers to customize your space.
- A standard indoor booth includes two admission tickets to the conference. Additional tickets can be purchased if needed.
- MRPA reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit hall spaces to meet the needs of all exhibitors/partners.
- All 2025-2026 MRPA commercial member will recieve an email with your member promo code to enter at checkout. Email info@mdrpa.org for help with your account.
- FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION! SHARING A BOOTH IS PROHIBITED!Â
