Hyatt Regency Resort Information

To book at the Hyatt (Tuesday—Thursday), you must stay three nights. Additional days are available for an additional fee. The hotel staff cannot reserve outside these conditions!

Hotel Guest Room Rates:

Room Types: Suites, King Beds, and Queen Beds

• Standard Room: $480 for all three nights
• Petite Suite: $600 for all three nights
• Chesapeake Suite: $900 for all three nights (very limited availability)
• Plus additional taxes where applicable.

• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Checkout: 11:00 AM

Pre/Post Rates:

At the MRPA discounted rate, you may reserve a room 2 days early and/or stay 2 days after the conference. Plus additional taxes where applicable.

• Standard - $160/night
• Petite Suite - $200/night
• Chesapeake Suite - $300/night

Parking: Self-parking is available at the resort. Premium parking is available at $10 per day.
