Please Note:
- The exhibit hall and your exhibit space will not include pipe & drape.
- Exhibitor space is 10' deep and 8' wide. Additional space can be purchased if needed.
- Electricity can be provided, for an additional fee, if requested on your registration.
- You may use your own table covers to customize your space.
- Registration includes two admission tickets to the conference.
- MRPA reserves the right to make changes to the exhibit hall spaces to meet the needs of all exhibitors/partners.

Exhibit Hall and Equipment Village Hours
The indoor exhibit hall and outdoor equipment village will be open during the following hours.
Tuesday, April 9th: 8pm-10pm
Wednesday, April 10th: 10am-2:30pm
Set-Up:
- Monday, April 8th 3pm-5pm
- Tuesday, April 9th 11am-6pm
Breakdown:
- Wednesday, April 10 2pm-4pm
There will be an inclement weather action plan in place for the outdoor equipment village and all outdoor activities, in the unforeseen case of bad weather.
