Annual Conference

The 2026 Maryland Recreation and Parks Association Annual Conference is alitte later in April this year.  We will be taking over the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, Maryland.  This event will be even bigger than our record-breaking 2025 Annual Conference.

Theme: Orchestrating Community Well-Being
This theme emphasizes the active role that we as parks and recreation take in coordinating efforts, resources, and voices to deliver great programs, facilities, and green space.  By aligning efforts across agencies, neighborhoods, and partners, we can create a seamless harmony that resonates far beyond our parks, ensuring every note contributes to the vibrant melodies that make up our community. This conference theme will continue Josh's theme again this year as we plan to promote harmony between people, parks, and the planet.
